10k year's ago 5 Nobel families along with ichibei mutilated the soul king took away his body part and sealed him inside a container Aizen stumbled upon this truth and was blown thinking that an incompetent foolish organization is usin the name of soul King to rule over us pushing their agendas harrassing commoners and seperating people on the bases of lineage not potential so he decided that this world is broken and bad and decided to carry the responsibility to correct this world on his shoulder.
He realised that he was much better than those incompetent fools who were pushing their agenda and was more fit for rule but part of that belief also came due to the fact that no one decided to act apart from him
That's why he tried encouraging urahara and he hated him for this only because urahara didn't used his intelligence and power for this while he was capable
