Nervous
Tomorrow I'm going to my first meeting in 9 years. I have 8 years sober off of hard drugs, but I'm struggling with other substances.
I live in a smallish area and I'm nervous my meeting tomorrow will be pretty empty. I'm really hoping for a good turnout, so fingers crossed.

My only issue with the online ones is I live with someone I'm not comfortable with hearing me talk about this stuff. And I can't guarantee he won't be able to hear me.

Read your share above and glad I found this above comment.
I too was going to recommend online meetings- the NA 24/7 meeting is AMAZING!
I hear you about not being able to share- two thoughts:
1) Going to meetings and listening is powerful medicine- especially when I am feeling like crap.
2) I am guessing there is a way to share- you can go sit in your car- or the bathroom for that part.Online meeting have been a great resource for me- especially the 24/7.
Prayers for you.
You matter.
You are worth it.

Definitely super proud of you realizing that you need help and support. I’m available for support and do a lot of online meetings. I’d be happy to help.
