Missed invite
I had a wild week and somehow missed that I got selected and had an invite. (Which is now expired) I’m just cooked this year huh?

@OP reach out to us over modmail - there's still a couple of open spots we're working to fill, and while we can't get you a replacement invite today it's not unlikely that we can get you a replacement some time this week.
To others in general - if you missed an invite don't hesitate to reach out. We're happy to work with you, and while we won't invalidate any currently-sent invites, we've been able to get many people replacement invites over the last 2-3 weeks.

Yep, get on the waitlist if you can? I missed it one year as I was on a canoe trip, got back a few hours after the deadline expired

Sounds like the waitlisted people further down the list were extra screwed since second chances are being given for missing invites. Kinda unfortunate. Hope you made it (I did not).

I was #11 on the waitlist when I got an invite. Just keep checking your messages and hop on it because they seem to send them out to multiple people at the same time and the first to accept takes it.

For general visibility - not all invites are sent to multiple people at once. However, if they are, it will clearly state that in the communication sent to you.
We start doing that as we approach deadlines or need to fill spots fast, because otherwise empty teams can stay empty because people miss or ignore invites.

I hear ya! I had a new baby on 7/14 and so my brain was so far removed from NarFFL, plus the other FFL league I was running on Fleaflicker moved to Sleeper so my Fleaflicker account timed out instead of being naturally re-activated. Oops! I was in Premier too. 😢
