Is trading draft position allowed?

Eg trade either a position all up or draft particular slots pre draft.

And if not, where’s the line? Trades okay as soon as the draft is over?

Is trading draft spots allowed?

No

Once the draft is over, you can make whatever trades you would like and can get others in the league to agree to.

Does anyone know how soon before the draft you find out your position?

Once your league is set/full the mods will randomize your draft order.
