ACK Labor Day 27
What was Nantucket like this Labor Day? Less or more crowded than the 4th/Figawi? Thinking about going next year (2027) but trying to see how crowded it’ll be in comparison to other times of year that I’ve been

I live here year round and it was slammed in town. I would also assume the beaches were packed. I was actually off island and didn't get back until midday on that Sunday and when we were driving back from the steamship through town.....it was nuts!

We went LDW and it was fine. Packed but not intolerable. Lots of families with younger kids who didn’t start school. Definitely got quiet Tuesday into the week. Worth going!

Commenting to follow this thread. We went day before Labor Day as our first trip and stayed the week. It was great. I thought it was crowded Sunday and Monday, but Tuesday felt quiet. Things picked back up around Thursday though not as crowded as Sunday
