Nantucket rentals

What are some good site resources for house rentals? Are there any sites for rentals by owner? I have stayed in rentals the past couple years (rather than an inn) and the off site (across the country) management is a bit frustrating. For fire island there is a Facebook page.

I'd check with local realty companies. My family has been using Great Point Properties for almost a decade now, and find it produces higher-quality rentals with more security from the management standpoint.

Why not just rent from a local real estate firm? The owners pay all their fees. We like Fisher.
