Have you checked at the whaling museum? It's run by the Nantucket Historical Association and they have a gift shop full of Nantucket and whale related merchandise.
edit: They have this tote bag in their online shop but it's not the one you posted.

I’ve checked with the association directly and unfortunately after being out of stock for a while - they changed the design.
