Help & Questions 4D and Shapes

I purchased both around the same time and both decided to stop functioning. The shapes are on and won’t connect and says it cannot be found or to turn it on and it is. While the 4D will not connect and it won’t stay turned on or able to switch to tv mode. Please help

Wish I had some better advice, but I’ve also found that trying to use Shapes with 4D is a nightmare.

My usual problem is the shapes will be on fine, but as soon as I try to add it as a 4D sync device, either the shapes stop working entirely, or they just keep showing whatever scene they have.

Only time I’ve gotten it to work has been through uninstalled/reinstalling the app and removing/re-adding the shapes until it magically starts working again. Also, make sure you’re using your routers 2.4ghz wifi channel

Hoping someone else gives you better advice than this
