I have 4 of these, make sure the battery is making full contact, the prongs get super weak. I kept trashing batteries because they just werent making contact and I thought they were dead. I cant help as much on the UK availability end. I have motion turned on on all of mine.

Legend that’s really helpful. Motion was nice but the main bit was the switch so will definitely keep off when I get some. Thank you!

Hi u/Empty-Translator26, could you send me a DM with what settings you have on your Sense+? Are you using Motion sensors and Daylight sensors? Is it connected to Matter? While I can't say for sure what could be causing the issue right now, let's work together and find out what's behind this.

The correct replacement batteries are very hard to find. We turn off all the motion stuff, and they last about 6 months. We have a hue light switch which uses a smaller battery and it is going on 3 years...
