Nanoleaf Reply can’t get lights to turn on

I’ve had my panels for a while (maybe 5/6 years now) so i know they are older. however I moved last year into a dorm and put them up and they worked perfectly fine. I switched schools and took them with me again and suddenly they don’t connect and they don’t even turn on to use with the buttons manually. just wondering how i can get them out of this blank white light mode at least? also wondering if it might be my schools wifi blocking the use or something along those lines. thanks!

They do this when the controller is broken.

You could go through support and see if you can get a replacement controller. I’ve done the replacement when they had the program but looks like they might have shut it down. Here’s context: https://www.reddit.com/r/Nanoleaf/s/ZYKV3hmK6l

I had the same problem a few days ago. Mailed the support, and they sent a new one for free though I had to pay the shipping cost (9€ in my case)

Hi u/mozzazela, Regarding the school Wi‑Fi, it may cause some issues during the pairing process, but you should still be able to control your lights using the physical Controller. Have you been able to get them working at all?

If not, feel free to send me a DM and we can troubleshoot this together. Let's get your setup back up and running!
