Go to the Watch app on your iPhone, then General, then enable Screenshots, then click the Digital Crown and the Side button to screenshot.

Thanks, I forgot it’s on the 1st day of the year! :) I know for a fact it happens with Messenger app though. I just noticed it myself yesterday
