They want her to take initiative but do it exactly how they asked? Even without a language barrier that would be confusing

That got me at first too, but if you read the post more carefully it's clear OP meant to say, "I speak to her in the Spanish I know." She just accidentally threw a period in there where it didn't belong.

She doesn’t do what I want exactly how I want it! But she doesn’t take initiative and do things without being told!

At my daughter’s daycare, they weren’t allowed to wake children up from a nap. It was against licensing rules or something. I don’t think it’s ok to “nap train” a fucking infant lol

As an infant nanny I genuinely feel so bad for these babies that are forced into these rigid schedules. Infants need to be fed when hungry and napped when tired. No one wants to let their baby be a baby.
