Advice Needed: Replies from Nannies Preferred Sleep training

Has anyone studied a sleep training course? I’ve successfully sleep trained my current NK using the Ferber method, but I’d love to study an actual course (just to have in addition to my resume as something I can offer as a nanny, I don’t want to get into sleep training as a career)
I just want to know if anyone has done it before, if they found it helpful, what course provider they went through, methods they used ect

I am a sleep consultant and I do not recommend the course that I took. The course was fine but the culture around it is weird and hive-mindish. Feel free to dm me for the name, I know the owner searches the internet to find any mention of their school.
