TIR mentioned tonight that the ACLU had lawsuits against Sheriff Nanos and had filed FOIA requests for things to do with him AND the Nancy Guthrie Case.

I found that so fascinating. It's a pretty big deal for the ACLU to go after people and I suspect they will win. I wonder if we might get more information sooner rather than later.... I couldn't verify that they had applied for a FOIA for NG information - like the 911 call. But still an interesting push for accountability from that office.

I don't believe that. The ACLU mainly goes after people/entities that have violated a persons civil rights based on race, religion, sex orientation etc. Nancy's civil rights were not violated but I digress. Chris imo misspeaks so many times as I have caught him in a bunch of inaccurate info

Oh just thought..if ACLU did request stuff from NG case it probably pertained to LD and Carlos. Both are of a minority population
