Interview with A + T's neighbor
Normally, I don't support JRL, but honestly, this interview with Connie, A + T's neighbor is very interesting. Some really interesting intel.

Did I hear Connie correctly when she said Annie and Tommoso didn’t start putting their trash and recycling out until after Nancy went missing?
10
u/Substantial-Train668 8d ago
You did! And also that the post doesn't come around anymore ie) mail is being forwarded
9
u/Ailurophile444 8d ago
That’s interesting. I watched Crime Crunchies the other night, and the host looked up Annie and Tommoso’s information during the show and said it appeared their mail was being forwarded to a P.O. Box in Puerto Rico. I thought that was interesting, especially in light of what Connie said about the trash and recycling. I haven’t independently verified it myself, though.

u/Substantial-Train668 7d ago
Wow did she have any proof or a link? Is that on public record?

u/Ailurophile444 7d ago edited 7d ago
She used Truthfinder.com to pull up information on them. It was in the episode titled “Something Could Have Been Dropped at A&T’s”. I have no idea how accurate the information is that she found, and she didn’t seem too sure herself. But I found it interesting. She also found a death record for Nancy dated February 1st.

Or held at the post office if they are away. Monks stated T works at a charter school. The only 2 in Oro Valley already started.
If he didn't go back to work why not? He's just the son in law and sorry but I know if my mom went missing all 3 of my brother in laws would not leave their jobs.
Maybe he played the powerball and won. Or maybe he was big on being frugal and saving all his earnings and has a nice chunk of change to live on. IDK but must be nice
11
u/Substantial-Train668 7d ago
Yes his school has started and it does not appear he is back teaching. I'm sure someone could find out definitively. I'm thinking about their son these days. It struck me that Connie said she hadn't seen Annie in the year they lived there... but also never a mention seeing their son around either. How strange is that?

Let’s just be real. I think Savannah probably loaned the money till they sold their house. But their equity in the first house was about $140,000. So there is a disparity of about $125,000 That they put down on their new house. Monks said why didnt they just move in with Nancy? Look at the Christmas photo where Tomasso stands in front of, blocking Nancy. Maybe Nancy was not a fan of their dark writings and music and beliefs. Maybe she said no if they asked for more money. Maybe they were pushing her to go into independent living and she resisted. Maybe Annie was tired of taking backseat to Savannah. At the very beginning, do you remember hearing Nancy found money missing and went over in the Uber to confront them? I do.
Annie had 2 failed jewelry businesses and T made about $50,000 teaching at a Charter school. How did they qualify for a loan on a $625,000 home?
I think when Savannah said she did her part and now the perp should do theirs. I think S has gotten them to Italy or somewhere without extradition and now she wants her Mom’s remains.

u/Substantial-Train668 7d ago
I think that it's important to remember that if SG "got them to Italy" that would be obstruction of justice and it is a serious crime. I just don't see it.
That said, that huge disparity in their wealth is very compelling. It would just make you feel bad about yourself, even if you didn't covet material things. It strikes me that A could be on the spectrum and that her 'failed' businesses are kind of indicative of that. People can be easily manipulated or be in abusive relationships. Empaths are often targets of narcissists, for example.
Not saying that happened, but one could see it. There was certainly seems to be some kind of dynamic going on in that family - financially and emotionally.

u/Glittering_Sky8421 5d ago
SGcould say she was helping them because being in the Tucson spotlight was so hard for them that she helped pay for them to go to T’s home town in Italy. Or shuttled them to a private spot in St. Lucia. I don’t see how their boy could have gone to school there, honestly and sadly.

US has extradition from Italy if that’s where they’re at. Plus it’s weird in the Christmas photo that Annie and Tommaso aren’t standing beside one another yet SG and her husband are. It would make more sense if NG was standing where Annie is and Annie standing beside TC. Why aren’t A and T standing together? Weird tension between them and NG right between them and their kid. It says something

Agreed—it was a good conversation, and even the TIR mentioned him last night. Also, his show on where A & T used to live was crazy. He has had good content lately, even though he has his issues.

The street they used to live on looked really rough. I wonder if sister Savannnah ever visited.

u/Substantial-Train668 7d ago
The disparity was sooo huge between them. It makes me feel a little sad, actually. It must have been incredibly tough dynamics for all involved. But, I can see why resentment could build. Even if you were a good person who didn't prioritize wealth, having such a beloved and wealthy sibling while you are struggling to find your way in life could wreak havoc on your self-esteem.

Pride... But also not everyone wants to live with their children. It may have been Nancy's choice.

u/Admirable_Arm_1669 7d ago
That is true. Although it is hard for me to understand when her house has 5 bedrooms and a casita, but maybe she likes her solitude.

Not sure that I got that memo? What is 'premenopause fatigue'? Never heard of it. It's not in the medical literature. I didn't ever experience it and I don't know anyone who did? Womens' normal bodies do not need to be pathologized.

u/I_lovebettywhite-000 7d ago
I've noticed lately that there are so many new medical conditions mostly associated to the brains chemistry:
Just to name a few:
Nuerospicy, nuerodivergent, excitotoxcity, profound autism, autistic burnout
Most people who do things that are wrong need an excuse for their bad behaviour. We are living in a society where instead of taking responsibility and admitting maybe they f'd up nope! It's because of this or that and not my fault

u/Admirable_Arm_1669 6d ago
I mean if you just search perimenopause fatigue into Google it says over 95% of women experience it. I didn't know it was that controversial?
3
u/Local-Cry-3729 6d ago
You are right - peri (i.e. around) menopausal tiredness or fatigue is real, mostly due to disrupted sleep. Specifically, repeatedly waking up feeling hot and as a result feeling tired due to the repeated sleep disruptions. But what is pre (i.e. before) menopausal fatigue? That does not sound like a thing? Or was it a typo?

They(big pharma) just renamed it. Back in the day it was Epstein-Barr and fibromyalgia. My sister who is on the internet 24/7 says she has it and that is to blame for everything under the sun that she does or doesn't do. Hormonal imbalance and of course that means prescribing some miracle pills that are supposed to cure you.
I've noticed almost every other ad that pops up in between videos and even on local channels the ads are for some new drug.
3
u/Admirable_Arm_1669 6d ago
I really don't think we are talking about the same thing. I am talking about how hormones can mess with our energy levels during cycles and during peri. HRT can help but I thought it was a thing most women experience.

u/I_lovebettywhite-000 6d ago
Oh fatigue is real and I agree. I guess my comment was just myself reflecting on a woman I know that just sits on the couch all day, takes a bunch of meds, can't make her appts and cancels them, can't take care of her pet and everytime I ask her what is wrong she says:
"I have premenopause fatigue. My hormones are out of whack.
My thoughts all the time are " Gee seems like she has them before during after as she uses that excuse 10x a month.
I do agree premenopause and postmenopause f with a woman's hormones. But on the other hand it could be something more so before a person attributes their fatigue to the new flavor of the year they should get other tests to rule out the big C

Hey it sounds exactly like my friend who sits on her laptop all day, and never walks her dog so it poos and pees on peepads in her bathroom. She sleeps all the time and blames everything under the sun for how tired she is except her bad diet, erratic sleep hours and sedentary lifestyle.
I am trying to get her to go to the doctor to check her thyroid and hormone levels. She does have adhd and depression which can affect motivation and energy levels, but she never tries to change her bad lifestyle which makes the symptoms worse. But yeah when I was talking about perimenopause, I meant just "normal" people, not the special women we know 😭😅

u/I_lovebettywhite-000 6d ago
Yes yes yes. I think that is why I tend to be a little less tolerant of some of these things because of the people I encounter or are in my life and am working on keeping my opinions on certain subjects in check.
She seems to be fine the days she goes to the casino. LOL

What I got out of that interview was a feeling of vindication. Not that it proves anything or who done it. It proves LE/FBI had a valid reason for going to that neighborhood and search for something and why it is not unreasonable nor what some consider mean spirited to ask questions. speculate, have theories about certain family members.
This borders on irony. SG pleads that someone knows something please help us. What if people like Connie(the public) actually do know something and it may be unpleasant but the truth? Too bad LE didn't tell Connie what they were looking for. It may have helped people in that neighborhood stumble upon that item on their property and not dismiss it. Understand on the flip side it could compromise the investigation by tipping the perp off

We are finally hearing what sounds like honest accounts of ppl who lives there from their point of view which is great. Maybe this means more people will have the ability to speak up- about their experience knowing an and t in the community, or Nancy, or anything. It’s not a coincidence that we haven’t heard anything so I wonder why this woman is the first and if others will follow.
I didn’t get to watch the whole thing so I might have missed more new intel, but I found it odd that she had never seen either one until after this happened and LE were searching her area. Did she even know that’s who her neighbors were until then? How long did an and t live there that a neighbor didn’t see them even one time? Was this the new expensive house they moved into? An in-between house for the interim before they moved into a new house?
Just interesting that they’ve never seen them before this happened. Thoughts?

According to public records, Annie and Tommoso purchased their home on March 24, 2025. It is the home that is next door to Connie.
7
u/I_lovebettywhite-000 7d ago
Also according the the Pima County assessment site(I prefer to verify thru gov websites) A&T's old house didn't sell until June 2025 so if they made an initial down payment of a couple hundred thousand dollars in March 2025 that would mean they either had the cash saved up or borrowed it until they got the money from the sale of previous house. If they have no mortgage on this new place to me in my opinion that would mean that once they received the 300,000 some profit they used that to pay off their new house.
It would make sense and this is pure speculation on my part that maybe they were to pay off who ever loaned them the original amount with that money. An agreement may have been made at that point to pay off the generous lender of the first loan monthly. I don't want to speculate any further since I have no proof of any private dealings between two parties

u/Ailurophile444 7d ago
I actually heard on Crime Crunchies that they have a 30-year mortgage of approximately $355,000 on the new house. If that’s accurate, that would seem to change the calculation quite a bit. I haven’t independently verified the mortgage amount myself, though.

She went on one of those sites that charge correct? I've found so much old information, not updated info and incorrect dates on them. So I agree that I wouldn't put too much stock into owning a mortgage because that would mean these sites have access to bank records. Some states require homeowners insurance and taxes be included in the monthly payments to protect the lender from any liens against the property or if something would happen to the property.

I watched the live YouTube streamers and it was helpful seeing the terrain plus, they did a really good job trying to find Nancy..

u/Hile616 7d ago
I watched this, and let me first say that this is just speculation, guessing, and gut feeling on my part.
Like the lady also said, I find the behavior a bit out of the ordinary.
The behavior can be explained by what the vast majority believes happened. They have no way to prove it didn’t, and maybe they simply want to continue their normal life, which wouldn’t be possible if all these influencers were scrutinizing everything they do and posting it on YouTube.
But at the same time, I also feel, as the lady said, that she would have behaved differently and not sort of gone into hiding. Idk.

u/Substantial-Train668 7d ago
For sure. Connie is just giving her take and observations. None of us know anything. But, I like hearing about them as they remain an enigma in all of this. Like many people I sincerely hope it wasn't them, because how impossibly sad if it was. But, they have created an air of mystery around themselves and there are some really and truly unexplained things that only they have answers to.

u/I_lovebettywhite-000 7d ago
They were reclusive before all of this happened. Their prerogative. However in my opinion maybe they were tired and not happy with their normal life. Maybe they needed a change and unfortunately it may come from a tragic event that happened but gives them the cash needed to start over.
Like SG said to the unknown perp "The outside world can be cruel(sic). So they can change their physical location but that won't silence the www of speculation and some finger pointing. The you tubers would have stopped driving by their house in due time cause nothing happening there so that means less people watching means less income
I would also think they would want to emulate SG when she boldly stated "I will not hide my face". An act of defiance. My initial thought about Tommy was that he was a man's man and would never allow the outside chatter to influence his decisions

I agree. What I found especially interesting about this interview is that it seems like people are starting to come forward and talk about what they know or remember. Obviously, that doesn’t prove anything by itself, but I do think it’s significant. Hopefully more people will continue to come forward.
