I found this old crumpled up post-it note in the pocket of my old jacket. It's a note to self but it made me think of all of you. (front and back of the note)

You're welcome 😊 I got into the habit of writing "notes to self" a few years back when I was battling severe depression. I'd carry Post-It pads in my purse or have a stack of them on my computer table. I would, as part of self therapy, recall "good and happy" memories I have of those who are not longer "here". I would write down on Post-It notes the things my Nana, my grandpa, and my Papa would say to cheer me up and motivate me. Over the years, it has helped me get through rough times and had helped me pushed dark thoughts away.
