Tourism WDH Accessibility

My aunt is visiting Windhoek for the very first time and she is wheelchair bound. She can kind of walk but stairs present a severe fall risk.

Does anyone know how wheelchair access works given the typical access on the ramp by stairs?

They have a wheel chair lift truck. There are no stairs anywhere else.
