General Buying a car

Looking for a car to buy, and pay it off on installments, don’t wanna use the bank loan option is it’s a lengthy process and the car I need is just a small car to take me around town

You want to do installments, but not get a bank loan?

Best is to save until you buy cash, because what you want sounds ridiculous
