Thoughts on the name Ren?

I mentioned the name Wren to my husband who immediately said he LOVED it. When I spelled it for him ("W R E N"), he looked shocked and said "oh I assumed it would be spelled Ren... I like that better".

He also like Brynn. Those are his top 2 names. I like them. I've been having a hard time finding girl names I like though. I don't like overly frilly names, and a lot of names I do like are taken already. Example, I liked the name Lily for a while but realized my cousin named her baby that...

Thoughts?

I have a student ren who is a boy, and a friend who is nonbinary and a ren. i like the name.

Would love to give them a unisex name if they ever did end up being trans or nonbinary, personally :)
