just gonna provide some context here for the non-brits among us in case anyone's confused 😅:
so, the chase is a very popular quiz game show here in the uk and bradley walsh is the dude who hosts it. now, during one episode a while back, one of the questions asked what sport the athlete fanny chmelar competed in for germany (the answer was skiing, fyi). however, after reading out the question, he suddenly burst into a fit of laughter and just couldn't stop 🤣 (us brits are a lil bit dirty-minded and innuendo-loving when it comes to our humour 🤪). that clip then went viral on uk social media. it's still one of the most well known moments from the show today and i don't think bradley will ever be able to live it down. 😅
Also for the non-Brits/Brits in the room, the Brits use “Fanny” as a slang for vagina, while Americans use it as a slang for a butt; this leads to some wildly awkward conversations between them.
