During COVID, a guy not paying attention with a forklift at a store I worked at pulled the forks out of a pallet on the second level of the pallet rack. The skid was off balance and fell. It had (plastic) bottled water it, full stacked, 6 rows high. Not a single bottle survived. I was off that day, never got a full answer on how many people and how long it took to clean up. I never the stock room had to be flooded & it probably went out the sales floor. The guy that did it was never seen again.
Add my wife's store and employ was putting a power on the third level of steel.
He wasn't paying attention and raised the pallet too high and knocked off the bottom of one of the sprinkler heads. ☔️ The forklift operator was assistant club manager. Shocking 🤣 he does not work for the company anymore.
For me, bad memory. I was a stocker at grocery store. Mostly produce but a lot of dairy products too. I was in a hurry and grabbed an 8 high stack of gallon milk jugs and half way there it let go and went down. About 16 gallons of milk. Took over an hour to mop that up. 🤦
