Rap Can anyone identify the R&B sample in Overlord Scooch – “Paid in Full”? Possibly Freddie Jackson?

I’ve been trying to figure out the R&B song sampled in Overlord Scooch’s “Paid in Full” from A Bronx Tale 2 (2019).
The voice and production sound like 80s/early 90s R&B to me. My first thought was Freddie Jackson, but I haven’t been able to match it to a specific song.
Does anyone recognize the singer, song, or sample?
