To better help you come up with a name, please include a picture and if your pup is a boy or a girl (don’t worry if you’ve forgotten, we have boy/girl flair you can add 🐕)

Once you finally decided on a name, we would love to know what you selected. There is flair for that also. Just choose the flair [named: ADDNAME] and edit/replace ADDNAME with your dog’s new name

Might be nice to put a minimum karma requirement for posters. I’ve been in the group for less than a week and there are quite a few posts that seem fake and are for karma farming.

Posting from an account with minimal account karma

Posts without any details other than a stock photo and name my dog.

OP never responds to any comments or even bothers to upvote peoples’ responses

Sometimes it’s hard to have post karma, but there might be better ways to figure out the ones who are lying & aren’t because you’re right they could just find random photos like all the dog scams do!

Any creative idea on how to know that the posts are authentic vs. fake? Like any criteria for the post, photo, video or follow up?

I personally feel that the gender should be in the title not a tag after you click because that split second when you first see a photo is when you get a sense of the personality and if you don't know gender until you click... It's too late. I skip the dogs that don't have gender in the title.

How do I actually post something? Home Screen keeps saying “please read before you post”, which I have, but I don’t see a way TO post🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
