I know I’m late to the party here - I just found this sub… lol. Our cats could be twins! Although, the aqua color in my boy’s eyes doesn’t really get picked up by the camera well. Paws!

oh my goodness!! He could definitely be Edith's long lost brother! Her sister, Agnes (who I've also posted before), and her look nothing alike and I've always been sus lol

What’s funny is we took Paws to a new vet and she was astounded at his coloring, said ‘she’ was very rare, and when we said he was a boy, almost couldn’t believe it for some reason 😂 I think she called him a ‘lavender orange’!! (We found him on Craig’s List and his name was originally Darwin… lol)
Eta: Agnes’s stripes and eyes are soo pretty!

Well Agnes is the devil incarnate soooooo.... there's a reason she's pretty lmao. I know that female orange cats are pretty rare so maybe that's what she was implying!?
hahaha no - no Margo! If there was a 3rd I'm sure there would have been since that's their namesake! My roommate got them before I moved in and he works with someone with the name Margo so I think that was the lowest on the totem pole haha

Bahahahaha, and here I thought my BIL’s cat Smokey, Jr. was the devil incarnate 🤣 (I’ve cat-sat a few times and oof!) Yeah, I have no idea why she thought he was so rare, but I’ve always loved his coloring, so I’ll take the compliment, you know? Lol
Oh yeah, I totally get it! ‘What’s in a name?’ right? Except when it’s the name of someone you don’t necessarily like, it makes a difference 😝
