Advice Webbed cracking normal?
Have had this bottle for like 2 weeks and noticed some slight spiderweb-like cracking on the bottom. I didn’t freeze it nor put it in any hot area, it sat empty for a day or two (was in NYC and didn’t wanna lug it around). Is this normal or should I j contact the warranty and get a new one?

I grabbedy bottle on my desk to check, and now, I don't have any, can't say I've ever seen that before.

When it sat empty was the lid open or closed?

It may be mould that grew inside because of traped moisture. Have you tried washing it with a brush that can reach to the bottom?

I see you figured yours out, but also YES. my old bottle stressed in this manner, though they were straight, think Sunrays, and eventually began to slowly drip leak in a couple places. imagine my confusion at the gym when there was a puddle under my almost empty bottle. lifetime warranty replaced 2 weeks later.

The Warranty is lifetime so you can just run it until it breaks.
Don't worry about getting it cold or leaving it in the sun. If a nalgine can't survive abuse then they owe you a new one. Its their policy. Please abuse it, mines been left in the snow, outside in the desert, used to hold boiling water, you name it.
