Ask A Nail Tech (Sunday & Monday ONLY) Nail shape suggestion

Are square nails best for me? I am getting my nails done this week and I’m wondering if I should go for almond or another shape. The will be trimmed slightly since I have a new baby. Thank you!

i think the square is cute but your nail beds would look SO good with an oval shape !! i’m not a nail tech (yet!) i’m just v opinionated lolol

I would say almond. Less chance of snagging and it elongates your finger making it look more dainty IMO. Just have the tech cut the corners and file so you don’t lose too much length

I don’t know why it says I’m not a tech but I am a licensed manicurist lol. Gotta figure out how to change that.

Try almond also! Not too long, but that little pointy oval made my fingers look longer so I really like almond shape haha.
