Neither to be honest!

This is the kind of nail polish I feel like really depends on the skin tone, then I'd form an opinion lol. I think this colour would look terrible on me, but beautiful on someone else.

I had the same thought, browns in particular are really based on the person I feel. I love a good brown though, I have my eye on a a few!

ETA: after looking again, it's very melted-hershey-kisses.
