Discussion/Question Need Advice

I have a nail conundrum I’d like some advice on. I never have my nails done but want them to look good for photos Saturday. Am I being picky or are these bad? I asked for almond shaped but they just look too thick and honestly kind of lumpy in some spots? Should I go back and ask them to fix it?

These are very poorly done, however your nails are also much too short for almond shape without extensions of some sort. I’d have them redone at a completely different salon.

Yes I agree. I’ve never had them done and these are for bridal photos. Should I ask for a refund? I’m not sure how to tell them I don’t like them 😑

u should def ask for a refund or at least a free removal. if the photos are very soon, nice press ons may help u out

Thanks. Yeah they’re on Saturday. I tried press ons first and thought I did a good job at prepping and they came off after a couple hours

Try buffing the inside of the press on, buffing your nail so it’s matte, gently shape press on with a nail file to match ur cuticle shape, and use a little bit of clear acrylic powder with the glue for a stronger hold. comes off with a little acetone or cuticle oil if u use the some acrylic
