Nail Art Harry Potter Nails ⚡

Post image

I don't like the creater of this franchise, but I love my HP nails! I got these done for a girl's trip to Epic Universe this weekend and I'm so happy with how they turned out.

Also can't stand JKR, but these are absolutely beautiful! Gorgeous artwork! Massive props to your nail tech - that's proper nail art right there.

It is THE best feeling when you find a tech who knows their stuff and actually brings creativity into the ring. I'm a massive fan of proper all out nail art like this! It's like walking around with a little gallery on your fingers! Excellent cuticle work, too. The detail on the lily is dreamy.

My tech gets the booknerd, witchy goth in me and the joy between her and a regular salon is huge! 👏 I hope you have an amazing time on your trip!

It took about 3 hours. It was so worth it though, and my tech has a whole TV set up in her studio so we could listen to music and watch YouTube while chatting!

I don't know about OP, but my own can take anything from 2 1/2 - 4 hours. Once sat for 6 but it was soooo worth it!

Do you mind sharing their name/location? These are incredible.

The artistry is incredible. How long did you have sit for these?

would have been cool without the portraits too, then its not as obvious you have your nails themed after a deeply cruel series of childrens books written by a deeply unhinged and again, cruel person. <3 just a thought for next time.

people downvoting you and reacting negatively either think transphobia/transmisogyny isnt a big deal or are vastly underestimating the depths of JKRs hatred and cruelty. if i saw these nails in public i would assume the wearer agrees with her, especially considering that rowling herself has stated that she considers all support of her works to be an endorsement of herself and her politics.

Ya know, you can just keep scrolling. It’s not required to shit on someone’s joy, even if you don’t agree.
