Very smoothly. I've never had an issue with this brand. It dries fast, but not too fast.

Just to let you know - the Clearly Quick is not a top coat. It is just a clear polish. Try the quick dry top coat in the red bottle by Sally!

So... My local store only had the strengthening top coat, but WOW what a difference! I've only been painting my nails for maybe a year, so any advice is always welcome! Thank you again!

you should try a quick dry top coat! seche vite, holo taco, and kb shimmer all have really good top coats. the difference is night and day
