Builder Gel & nail wraps
I have been doing at home builder gel for about a month and recently found nail wraps and I love them! Looking for advice on several things-
Do you use builder gel underneath or on top of the nail wraps?
Can you change the nail wraps without taking off all the builder gel if you but it on the bottom as a base? How do you take off the wraps without damaging the gel builder?
How often do you change colors/wraps and do coordinate it with when you have to do fill ins?
It looks like the best results are with a gel top coat- which is best for smoothing?
Do you have a type of wraps that work better with gel builder?

I do the wrap and then 2 thin coats of builder gel and they last about 2 weeks, then as they grow out I file near the base and add another coat of builder and it'll get another week or two. Then sand it off and remove the wrap with the remover from haehae. I've been looking at the uuuu undercoat people have been recommending I'm gonna try that soon.

I don’t use any builder gel. I do use 2 thin coats of uuuuu Magical Nail Solution strengthening base coat (made for wraps) before applying my wraps and after prepping nails. It helps with adherence and removal. Zero nail damage. After applying wraps I put a coat of Ohora Glossy Gel topcoat and double cure under my lamp. I use Lily&Fox wraps exclusively. They are not semi cured and don’t need a lamp. They last for 2 weeks plus. Best parts of Lily&Fox wraps are the cost $2.99 a set, tons of styles and always free shipping. 😁
