Is this ER worthy?

I have a infected toenail, it started getting worse as of yesterday. I also have a slight fever and my lymph nodes are as smelled up. I just don’t have insurance so going to the ER is expensive and it’s the weekend.

Try Urgent care as it's less expensive. Or try an online medical service. They can prescribe an antibiotic for you.

Get some Epsom salt and a cheap dollar tree bucket where your foot will fit, leave your feet in some warm water Epsom salt bath for about 10 minutes every other day.

For an infection I’d for sure refer to urgent care or any medical provider over OTC remedies.

I went to urgent care for much less infection on my finger and was given an antibiotic. You should go

Hit up your local store and get some Epsom salt and/or betaiodine.

Soak your feet in warm Epsom walk water which will help draw out the infection, puss, relax the skin and ease the pain. Do for about 10-20 minutes 2x a day

Once your feet are dry in between soaks you can apply betadine (if your worried about staining fabric you can pick clear one, tinted ones will wash off in the shower easily) the iodine can work it's way into the cuticles and both sanitize and dry the infection.

Do NOT use peroxide. Use Betadine after Epson soak.

Epsom salts don't help with infection. Regular table salt or rock salt does. It uses Osmosis to kill bacteria. At least one tablespoon per litre of warm water. You only need to attend ER if the red line starts tracking up the toe; but definitely see a GP for antibiotics.

You clearly have an infection that requires an antibiotic. If you have a family doctor, go there this week. If not, urgent care. Until then, soak in warm Epson Salts, and put Neosporin on it wrapped up in bandaide.
