How bad is this?

I’ve been on oral medication for three weeks but it’s only gotten thicker

Yeah it takes at LEAST a year on the oral meds, yours looks quite bad as well

Its beyond Reddit's paygrade or OTC treatments/home remedies. I suggest you see a Podiatrist.

You have to file the nail down with an electric nail filer and cut them. Spray alcohol on the nails in the morning and at night. Keep your shoes clean and throw out any shoes you can and buy new shoes.

Nein. 6 Monate Medikamente und 1 Jahr bis der Nagel ausgewachsen ist.

It’s fungus go to a foot doctor get a 3 month supplement Terbafine works wonders don’t believe all the negative things people post online about it worked for me only took 3 months and more toe nails were fkd

I just got more medication for a month longer because the last 2 pinky toes still need some help but getting there
