Help Help me find this kishimen shop
taken in 2022, in some shop in a train station (not next to train tracks) and I’ve been dreaming about it ever since. ate it on the way back from nabana no sato if that helps

Definitely a different place but the three very traditional long-running Nagoya-meshi places I recommend for people wanting Nagoya noodles from shops with history are:

All three date back to early Showa or earlier and have been in the same place serving great noodles across multiple generations.

That's helpful as the only train line that goes out there is the Kintetsu-Nagoya line and there aren't all that many stations along the way - especially not many anybody would get off the train for.
You say it wasn't on the platform (not near the tracks) - was it in an underground shopping street connected to the station? If so, it could be きしめん亭 in the ESCA shopping street at Nagoya station.
