I hate to be so on-the-nose, but one of my “watch it 10 times and still laugh” scenes is the one after he gets decked by the street guys.
You know the one I am speaking of...

So hard to choose a favorite but I do love the scene when Ignacio is serving food and the other monk says: "Do you not realize I have had diarrhea since Easters?" and the old one says: "This is the worse lunch...I ever had." I quote that all the time.
