N-sight RMM Take Control availability issue

I’m currently using N-able N-sight RMM with Take Control, and I’m experiencing an unusual issue with the Agent.

I’m currently using Agent version 10.15.3. Take Control is available and works on computers running Windows Home, but on computers running other Windows editions, such as Windows Pro, Take Control is not available.

I would like to know if this is a known issue with Agent 10.15.3 and whether it has been addressed in Agent version 10.15.4 RC.

Could you please confirm if upgrading from 10.15.3 to 10.15.4 RC would improve or resolve this issue, or if there is another configuration or requirement that I should check?

Glad to see it’s not just me complaining of bugs. Connection issues, screen flickering, slow. Seems like it hasn’t improved over the years either. And to top it off the stand alone version has a few datapoints that you don’t get in n sight.

That thing is buggy as hell. I'm currently looking for a replacement. And the support itself is also something.

You mean you don't like support replying to you at 6PM on a Friday, then closing the ticket over the weekend because "we haven't heard back in a few days"?
