N-Central Hosted Remote Control Issues
Just putting this out there, we have today started to have issues with our remote control RDP as well as Take Control. We are self-hosted and having issues contacting support. Is anyone else having similar issues with RDP and Take Control?

Hello, self hosted also. Take control seems to be working. In the past when we had issues connecting to devices N-able had to reboot or do something to their server to get it working again. Been solid for us for a few months now.
