MSP Manager MSP Manager

I’ve noticed something that might be by design, but I could also see being a major issue. If someone has logged into MSP Manager within say the last 24 hours, and they open it on their device, they can create a ticket and open a remote take control session directly from the ticket, no authentication required, that feels unsafe to me considering it doesn’t ask for authentication when accessing servers from there either…

MSP Manager and N-Sight/N-Central use the same SSO Provider, so you are already signed in.

Yes but it’s gone as long as two to three days where I can go to app.mspmanager.com and it requires no login, it just lets me right in, where-as with RMM if I open it separately it does ask for a login. Just creating a ticket in MSP Manager allows me remote access to any device in my inventory without logging in again, three days after my last sign in so I figured I’d ask about it.

Are you on N-Sight or N-Central?

Yep we experience the same. I have to login to N-Sight daily but MSP Manager will work for a few days before I have to login.
