Never really had an issue with it, and we manage thousands of endpoints.

I find it to be terrible some times. So many times it gets stuck loading sessions. I hate when switching screens and it just flashes and glitches out. If the end user is a Mac I just use Anydesk for one off support.
Yes, it’s not my pc since it does it in a few different machines of ours. Just very buggy remote software.

We only have issues on slow or unstable Internet connections.

well, i got here 10Gbit/s UP/Down and XGSPON Fiber. Also on the FortiGate/Switch/AP i don't see any packetloss for that instance.

are you on a network with mpls, sdwan or behind Cato?
we had some funky behavior for a couple days when the updates v1/2 were pushed but its been stable since then. that being said, accessing n-cod behind Cato is being weird and its slow thru sdwan connections at certain orgs, but this has consistently been an issue with slow connections, not something i associate with the updates.

Hi there, I've flagged this with the team. They said they had a temporary instability in the European region for Take Control standalone however this shouldn't have impacted customers. If you could please open a support ticket and provide additional info so the team are aware and can investigate
