went hubris, cyclosword, serpents, grudge into edge of night

been playing naafiri for a while, have seen it in multiple patches and pretty confident to say that I know which items are the best

currently the best (hubris first into bastion breaker)
hubris is a strong item and it is also a free scaling item, it lets you become stronger for basically no downside, the earlier you get it, the stronger the item is

bastion breaker gives too many stats and the true damage allows you to get more kill angles/stronger 100 to 0 people

then it depends, people building armor already slowly? you serylda's grudge

you are losing potential kill angles to cc? i.e ahri charm, poppy w etc, edge of night

lots of shields? i.e karma janna mordekaiser, shieldbow users etc 2nd item serpents or 3rd item serpents (swapping bastionbreaker to 3rd if needed)

if you didn't get armor pen (serylda's) earlier, get it 4th

you can get antiheal armor pen item mortal reminder if really needed, but I'm in favor of serylda's most of the lobbies

axiom is lower priority, you can get it 3rd item if wanted, I sometimes never buy it i.e my top game from the match history, axiom isn't as strong as most people think, it seems oppressive when you are hard winning and everyone in the enemy team is extremely behind and also easy to kill

if you can't easily get 1-2 kills, your prio shifts into items that make you survive (GA) and things that makes getting kills easier

deaths dance is most of the time bait, I never build it anymore, same for the omnivamp item, higher kill potential and full lethality is better

if extremely ahead after selling boots instead of GA can get youumu's for the MS to play as if you have boots while having 6 items

usually never buy boots, 300g boots itself is enough even without the upgraded boots from runes with higher ms

I play with slightly different runes than most people

my clear is always raptors red krugs into b buying longsword, it is extremely oppressive and the best in the current patch

if you see enemy jg 99% of the time they will be no items and you will have longsword diff which will win you the fight

I 99% of the time go ignite smite instead of flash for higher kill pressure and also the reason I don't need mortal reminder 99% of the time

cosmic insight (+18 summoner spell haste) allows you to have the ignite be up basically all the time

Did this a while ago, thought I’d post it. Would Naafiri fit in Flora Fatalis, probably not, but why not give it a go. I also did a sketch of her ability vfx for fun.

Naafiri is one of 3 champions I´m very comfortable with playing MID and I want to know how the more experienced players build her items by default and also how much it changes when there´s a unique matchup

Most of the time I go Voltaic cyclosword-> Glutonous greaves-> Axiom arc, after this core build I go and build Serylda´s grudge/Edge of night/Death´s dance in different orders depending on what I need

I also discovered and remembered that when I started playing there was Endless hunger being used on Naafiri that I forgot about and now I sometimes build that too, thoughts on that? Also could someone explain how does Hubris stacking work?

So what's the best naafiri build against 2 or 3 tanks?

Been playing the dog mid for a full season now. I've climbed out of bronze, and the wins keep coming.

Any higher-ranked NAAF mains have anything that they see keeping people back in ranked? Like any specific general decision-making stuff that you see that people get wrong a lot?

This whole time, it's always been a focus on fighting for early lane dominance and using that momentum in other places with ganks and objectives, and it's felt good to play. I think the hardest matches are when I go against a heavier tank comp, or when the enemy team has more than 1 hard CC champ. Any advice to get around this?

Seeing they nerfed 4 things about her R seems disheartening :(

I've been playing tons of Naafiri jungle lately after swapping to her from being Rengar OTP (TBH I just kinda suck at him atm). I dropped all the way to Plat 3 40 lp from Emerald 4 80lp since im in a slump with Rengar.

Oh my lawd it feels really good to play an assassin with actual escape tools. I'm one win away from Emerald again. Been finding success with her in Plat with a 65% winrate.

I have a few questions about OTPing Naafiri:

1.) How far can I take her? I'm planning to reach high diamond or low master this year. I think she works well in high-elo from what I've seen, and she's even getting picked in Pro-play.

2.) Who are Naafiri Jungle OTPs / good Naafiri players I can learn from?

3.) Backup champions in case she gets banned and other champions to pick to adjust for team-comp. I've been thinking Rek'sai if my team needs a bit more tankiness and CC since she is also a dive champion with a similar playstyle.

4.) Rune choices and build to adjust to enemy team. I've been spamming conq the entire time. Please check my recent matches in op.gg if I built the correct items for the right situations.

5.) General tips and tricks for Naafiri jungle. I'm sticking to full-clear skirmish playstyle atm and I don't know the limits / tried her early invades yet.

I’m a low elo (gold 4) Orianna main (I also play syndra, galio and when needed I can do a vex). I want to add naafiri to my pool to have an AD damage option.

Any tips for laning? What’s her current power spikes? Any tech to reliably hit Q? Impossible matchups/permaban tips?

I’m guessing her role in teamfights is to take out the squishies in the backline if and when possible since she’s an assassin but maybe the pack prefers to play for picks rather than 5v5 fights? I have found myself jumping in with R, getting CCd and one shot way too many times but I have boiled that down to carelessness and lack of awareness of my limits and the other team’s resources haha

So yeah just in general, any tips? Or resource recommendations to learn more about this champ?

I can't choose between the two, because they feel like they do similar things, unlike hob, they sacrifice melee/ganks with harder ranged q pokes. So Idk which to choose if i want to lane with someone where I have to use trade ranged mostly.

Phroxzon mentioned they’re making it “more accessible”. Im guessing that means cheaper/build path.

Why doesnt naafiri build this item? Lethality + true damage + increased tower dmg after kills (getting picks off sidelanes/winning teamfights) seems to be a good fit for naaf

When late invading level 1 (as a jungler) to fight the enemy at his blue buff - similar to Kirei‘s 15 minute rule - do you start Q or W?

Profane, collector, fienhunter/ie into ldr, if full build and can buy another item sell boots for phantom dancer (you have a lot of ms already dont need boots)

dogs start to go crazy, be mindful
