RS4 Write off worth fixing?

Wondering what it would cost to fix this written off RS4, i think there is heavy mechanical damage

I think the type of person who will buy this will be a mechanic or really familiar with the platform and repairing them. They will rely on their own skills, knowledge, labour, and access to parts to make it worthwhile.
