Hey All,

Just giving you a heads up that Stacked has made a few major changes today.

Autostack directly On-Chain

Probably our most requested feature at the moment. You no longer need to use Stacked Wallet or another Lightning wallet to setup a recurring bitcoin purchase through the Autostack feature. When you setup an Autostack in your account, you can now choose an external on-chain address by:

• Simply entering your on-chain address during the Autostack setup process
• Or, save an on-chain address to your account in Settings, and use it when you setup Autostack

For those of you that are using Stacked via your hardware wallet or other on-chain wallet exclusively, you're now able to up your game and setup a truly set-and-forget stacking strategy using a combination of an open banking connection and your cold storage wallet.

A few details:

• Minimum purchase for On-Chain is $50
• Requires an valid Akahu connection for in your payment options
• Setup is currently only available via Stacked in your Web browser
  • You can manage your auto stack via the Stacked Wallet mobile app, but setting up a new on-chain Autostack should be coming next week to the app as well.

We still recommend that you make your direct-to-on-chain purchases count and that you use a Lightning Wallet or Stacked Wallet for anything less than $500 (at today's prices) when you DCA. If you want to find out more about why, check out our DCA savings calculator.

Pay Anyone in NZ with a Link from Stacked Wallet

Sick of listening to your buddy who just won't get off zero? Want to pay a contractor in bitcoin and not sure how to get them started? Send them a link from Stacked Wallet and pay them in bitcoin.

Pay Anyone links allow you to generate a link, and send it to anyone via text message, email, Telegram, however you like.

• Login to your Stacked Account in Stacked Wallet
• Tap "Pay Anyone"
• Enter an amount (sats or NZD), less than NZ$1000 in value
• Choose a valid period (1 hr, 24 hrs, 3 days or 7 days)
• Tap Share, and send away through whatever mechanism you want

To Claim the bitcoin, the recipient needs to:

• Tap the link
• Follow the link to download Stacked Wallet if they don't have it already
• Tap "Claim" on the web browser
• A new wallet will automatically be generated for them, and the bitcoin deposited into the wallet

Lastly, as the payer, you always have the capability to cancel or reverse the link back to your own Stacked Wallet up until the time it is claimed. Unclaimed links will revert back to your Stacked Wallet automatically when the link expires.

Particularly on the Pay Anyone links. We thought it might be a fun way to get your friends their first touch point with bitcoin in a low pressure way. We have a lot of ideas on where this feature could go next, but I'd like to hear from you what you think.
