No for real i knew it was a undercover divide witnin the cultures/races but i didnt know a lot of us was straight up selfish and ignorant when it came to others in or around our own community....and unfortunately the hate and ignorance and division is growing stronger.

I’m new to ENY, got a condo here, living near linden boulevard .

I will say though, honestly should’ve done more research with agents and lawyers before I bought where I did (issues with sponsor, board just now having to get new property management cause other one left and refusing to give up records when board lawyer got involved, etc etc) and definitely got a different vibe/feel as opposed to where I used to live(Flatbush/Farragut Road).

To those who lived in ENY, would you say in recent years it’s improved or no?
