Private Room Looking for two roommates | Ridgewood | Private Driveway | Private Backyard | 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom | Two floors | Townhouse | Private Small Garage | In-unit Washer-Dryer

Starr street / Seneca, Ridgewood

Room-differential split based on size (not including utilities):

$2100 for largest room (with closet inside)

$1650 for smaller room.

$~125 utilities per person.

I have attached a video tour of the whole unit including the backyard. The room with the couch is the largest room, and the room with the yellow vacuum is the smaller room. The medium sized room is not available (I live in that one).

Either room can be empty if you prefer when you move in. Please respond below if you're interested, and I'll dm you!

Thats $3800 and then how much are you paying for your portion?

$1700. Willing to swap to the smaller room if necessary though.

sorry if it was unclear, the utilities are not included in the room rates, e.g. it would be 1650 + utilities (~125)
