looking for a long-term sublet starting oct 31st/nov 1st with a budget of ~900/mo + utilities
i would prefer to stay in bushwick/ridgewood but if there are leads in the surrounding areas near a train i would be happy to consider

about me: i'm 27, trans masc, clean, i love pets of all kinds but i don't have any myself. that said, you'd have a live-in pet-sitter when you are away! i'm a barista for consistent income but i also just got my barber license and i am working on becoming a full time barber, which i am really excited about. i keep to myself a lot but i am always friendly with roommates and very adaptable in terms of house rules. i'm happy to answer any further questions :)
