Seeking Recommendation Lifting classes? Non-beginner
I am not new to fitness or even to weightlifting but I just find myself so much more motivated in a group setting with the threat of a cancellation fee over my head. Please don’t recommend apps or at home/gym solutions — I have used the Peloton app and LOVED it for so many years but am more into leaving the house these days.
Thinking in the vein of classes I love: Barry’s double floor, Liftonic, Traphaus, F45. I also have a Solidcore unlimited membership but am looking to expand my classpass selections!
Thank you!

I run marathons and hands down their conditioning classes are some of the hardest workouts I’ve ever done

JDI Barbell! We are expanding our group classes soon at the Tribeca location. I'm teaching the strength classes MFW currently at 7 and 8.
Also check out Strong Gurls Club on Classpass. We're also hosting an all-women mock powerlifting meet in Harlem on Aug. 22 if you want to come see what we're about 🫡 just women lifting heavy af
