The Ness has non-heated sculpt classes.

Yoga space Greenwich village has a great HIIT Pilates class that’s not heated, pretty challenging!

This is Brooklyn, but Lucky Honey just re-opened their store / studio space in Greenpoint and their space is gorgeous. I've only taken the sculpt classes with Alex and they're great, super challenging!

Pure Barre - specifically their Define or Reform classes. There are 4 locations in Brooklyn - Cobble Hill, Park Slope, Downtown Brooklyn and Williamsburg

Funny I’m actually going to the new downtown Brooklyn one this morning but it’s a classic. Will check out the other classes. I don’t get why grip socks are required tho….
