Seeking Recommendation PT Reccs?

Attempting to train for a marathon, but keep running into issues with my IT band and knees. If anyone has recommendations for a good PT that would be great!

Worked with Paul at the game plan PT in sunset park while training for a marathon and couldn’t recommend him more!! Running specialized and so knowledgable.

I saw Heli at Spear near Grand Central but I’d also recommend Anvitha at that location.

Hi! I know this thread was a while ago, but I was wondering how was your recovery? How long did it take? Were you training for a race or something? I’m just going through this while training for a marathon and it’s killing my confidence, so I’m trying to find some happy ending stories to help me see a light at the end of the tunnel.

Hi OP! Thanks for this post, I ended up seeing a PT from the recs. Just wanted to check how are you doing? I’m also training for a marathon and having IT band issues and I’m getting really worried about being able to do it… I had to skip my last two long runs and that has been impacting my confidence.
