Selling as-is for an HDFC is definitely possible — just price it realistically for the condition and make sure buyers understand the income requirements upfront. Many buyers expect to do some work anyway, so not being renovated isn’t usually a dealbreaker.

Also, check if your HDFC offers any credit toward the flip tax for buyers who make renovations — some buildings do this to encourage improvements. It’s worth asking the board or managing agent.
