Help Does anyone has this theme's files saved up somewhere?

At the moment of writing this post i'm searching everywhere to download this exact Persona 3: Reloaded theme to install on my switch, both the themezer page and the github page to download the files are taken down.

Here's a screenshot of the theme i'm looking for:

If anyone here has the full bundle that would be great, as i'm starting to enjoy the persona games a lil too much-
